Refund, return, and exchange policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for unused items. Customers agree to pay return shipping. Upon receipt of the item, customer's original form of payment will be refunded for the cost of the item plus tax.

If you find anything in your order to be less than satisfactory, please reach out via email at any point within 30 days from the date of delivery with an explanation of the issue and we will work to resolve it for you (via refund or exchange). The LED signs are guaranteed under a warranty for one year from the date of delivery. If the sign stops working or if you should find any parts to be defective during that time (during the course of intended indoor use of the product), we will replace the product or the defective parts free of charge.
