Refund, return, and exchange policy:
If you find anything in your order to be less than satisfactory, please reach out via email at any point within 30 days from the date of delivery with an explanation of the issue, and we will work to resolve it for you. Because Sam Reid Productions will be switching merch fulfillment methods, we may not be able to accommodate a return or exchange, but can resolve issues via refunds.
In the event that an LED sign malfunctions or is found to be defective within one year from of the date of delivery (during the course of intended indoor use of the product), we will do everything we can to replace the sign or specific part. If we are unable to provide a replacement due to supplier issues, you would be entitled to a full refund.
