Refund, return, and exchange policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for unused items. Upon receipt of the item, customer's original form of payment will be refunded for the cost of the item plus tax (but excluding original shipping costs). If you find anything in your order to be less than satisfactory, please reach out via email at any point within 30 days from the date of delivery with an explanation of the issue and we will work to resolve it for you (via refund or exchange).

In the event that an LED sign malfunctions or is defective within one year from of the date of delivery (during the course of intended indoor use of the product), we will do everything to replace the sign or specific part. However, due to supplier issues, we may be unable to provide a replacement, in which case you would be entitled to a full refund.
